OVERVIEW:

On January 10th, 2023, Roscan Gold Corp. announced drilling results for the Mankouke South and Mankouke Central zones in Mali, West Africa. The program consists of 41 Reverse Circulation (RC) holes, 14 Air Core (AC) holes, and 2 Diamond Drill (DD) holes. The results from these drill holes confirmed additional mineralization and the continuity of mineralization between the main MS1 mineral resource and the satellite MS3 at Mankouke South.

As previously stated, on December 2nd, 2022, Roscan entered a royalty sale agreement with Osisko Gold Royalties for proceeds of up to $10M.The agreement relates to Roscan’s entire 401.8 km2 Kandiolé project in Mali, West Africa. Osisko acquired a 1.0% NSR royalty for an upfront consideration of $5M. Osisko retains the option to purchase a second 1.0% NSR at any time for an additional $5M.
